My wife and I met with Mr. David Pool about relacing windows on the west facing side of our 40+ years old house. We could not have chosen a more knowledgable guy to help us decide on the windows that we needed. He was patient and willing to answer to answer our questions. He’s a 5 star guy.

Service: Remodeling Chris & Jake were great! Very easy to talk to and ask questions, I'm excited for the new project. I can't wait until it's sobe abs the easy maintenance will make this easier! I'm looking forward to the colors I picked.
Worst Customer Service Ever
This company had a lady call and not introduce herself and said you want new windows? I asked her what company name and she had trouble remembering and then said Energy Home Pros. Before I could schedule an appointment she hung up. When I called the customer service other lady she was equally as unhelpful and very snarky. Looks like they need some help in Customer Service and Sales calls. You can’t make a sale if you don’t get the appointment due to lousy marketing calls.
