It was a pleasure meeting with Carlton. He was professional and thoroughly explained the products and benefits of each. He provided a history of the company and explained the warranties. There were no high pressure sales tactics and I would definitely refer friends for à quote.

Met with David, he was informative and not pushy. I am very straightforward and I have had other bath companies give me their bids. After speaking with David about your company, products, and installation process, I was leaning towards you, however after David showed me how much I could save by actually doing both showers, that sealed the deal. The financing option was icing on the cake.
Windows & Bath
I was initially looking for windows, however Bath Planet called and I met David about my bathroom remodel ( next project after windows ) just to get an estimate. David mentioned that the owners also provide Pella windows in South Texas. He was able not only to get my bath remodel but also my windows done for basically what the other window companies were going to charge me just for the windows.Now to finish closing so I can proceed. David arrived on time, Pella had the color combo that we wanted, can’t believe no other window company had the combination. We are looking forward to our new Pella windows
