We had Alex Pena out to our canal home to talk with us about replacing our single-pane-windows with double-pane hurricane-proof windows. We had a lot of question and he was able to answer every one. He was kind, pleasant, and followed COVID protocols, We liked him so much he may be coming to our next Thanksgiving after the windows are replaced.

Window Installation
The installers showed up when they said they said they were going to be there. They were very professional and friendly. Mr. Sean kept us informed throughout the entire process. Mr. Mario was a hard worker just working away to get the job completed in a timely manor. They had a hard time removing some of the glass because the house is older, they ensured they were safe and cleaned up everything. I pulled up to my home and didn't recognize it. Window replacement
I set up an appointment with Mike Hammons for an estimate on window replacement. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and professional young man. At the end of the consult, I felt no pressure to make a commitment on the spot and was reassured by Mike that he would be willing to set everything up once I was ready. Outstanding. To the powers that be, this employee deserves a raise.

Justin & Charles came out to give me an estimate on replacing all of my windows. They showed up wearing proper PPE, were extremely professional during the visit, thoroughly explained their process and the type of windows they would install, and helped in getting the best price possible for me. I'm not currently ready to book the install, but they will be my first choice when I am ready to make the investment.

Great Work
The crew came in very polite. They were in and out without any hassle. They left the job site clean. The windows i got are everything advertised. I can tell in the hot summer months that its not as hot in certain rooms as the past. the sound that the windows block out is amazing. This company has been great to me. thank you
