Great initial information and demonstration
Chris and Andrew provided an exceptional explanation and demonstration of the Pella double hung windows we are considering. The two gentlemen were knowledgeable and personable. I am so glad I invited them to share information and now know so much more about the Pella windows.
Timely service
I had a minor issue with a part on the window. I reached out and almost immediately got a response. They got it scheduled a couple days later, and despite inclement weather showed up and made a timely repair. You don’t get a response like that much anymore.
Excellent window replacement crew
I live in Victoria. The crew did a terrific job. The were on time, went above and beyond. The cleaned up as they went along, windows look great and cleaned the windows and put all the window shades and back on. Very impressed.
