Window replacement
The presentation and actual window replacement were excellent and would have been 5 stars; however, the windows we received did not have components (bottom bubble seal, easy unlatch screen) shown in the demonstration and we were told they would have when we asked. The Impervia was used during the demonstration but we opted for the 250 series for the more flexible frame. Since we were going with a different window than was demonstrated we specifically asked about features such as the bubble seal and screen latch. We were assured the 250 series had these features so we’re very disappointed after installation to see they did not. Had we known beforehand it may have impacted which window style we decided on.
